Pricing guide

Every project is different, so FenJar does not publish fixed prices. Here is how pricing works and what affects the cost.

What affects the cost

Complexity

A simple internal tool costs less than a full SaaS platform with mobile apps, payments, and multi-tenant architecture.

Number of platforms

A web app on its own costs less than a web app plus iOS and Android apps.

Integrations

Connecting to payment providers, email services, SMS, external APIs, or existing systems adds work.

User types

A system with one type of user is simpler than one with admin, staff, client, and public roles.

Data and reporting

Simple data storage is straightforward. Complex reports, dashboards, and analytics take more time.

Design requirements

A clean functional interface costs less than heavily custom branding with animations and bespoke graphics.

Rough price ranges

These are rough guides only. The actual cost depends on scope, which is worked out during the paid concept session.

How you get a real price

Step 1: Pitch the idea for free. FenJar will tell you whether it is worth exploring and give you a rough sense of scale.

Step 2: Book a paid concept session. This produces a detailed scope document covering features, screens, user flow, and the simplest version worth building.

Step 3: Receive a build proposal with a clear fixed price, timeline, and payment options (buy, rent, or rent-to-buy).

No surprises. No hidden fees. You know exactly what you are paying for before any build work starts.
