What is included depends on your payment model
Rent and Rent-to-Buy
Hosting, maintenance, bug fixes, and technical support are included as part of your monthly payment. FenJar keeps the system running, updated, and secure.
Buy
Once the build is complete and handed over, you are responsible for hosting and maintenance. FenJar can provide ongoing support as a separate monthly agreement if you want it.
What support typically covers
Hosting management
Servers, domains, SSL certificates, and uptime monitoring.
Bug fixes
If something breaks, it gets fixed. Included in rent and rent-to-buy.
Security updates
Dependencies and frameworks kept up to date to avoid vulnerabilities.
Database backups
Regular automated backups so your data is protected.
Performance monitoring
Keeping the system running smoothly as usage grows.
Minor adjustments
Small changes and tweaks that do not require a full new feature build.
New features after launch
Support covers keeping the existing system running. If you want to add new features or make significant changes, that is scoped and quoted separately.
This keeps things fair — you are not paying for feature development in your support costs, and new work gets the same clear scoping process as the original build.
